So to kick things off here's my favourite and closest run. This is Bovisands Beach which has the South West Coastal Path running right alongside it and as you can see it's a pretty epic place and not bad for a 10min drive out of the city.
This is CrossFit Plymouth, where i'll be carrying out the bulk of my training. Thankfully it's not always this busy but it definitely is always this intense.
Climbing is a great strength endurance workout but mostly it's just a good laugh and a great way of spending a few hours with some mates.
Finally there's slacklining which is swiftly becoming an obsession of mine. It looks easy but it's annoyingly difficult and a great way to spend a few hours of a rest day. As a by-product it's also a great ankle/knee muscle stabilization exercise - great for Trail running!
